By submitting a credit application or otherwise providing your contact information to Action Equipment Finance Corp. (“AEFC”), you consent to receive communications from us regarding your financing request and related business matters.
Consent to Electronic Communications
You authorize Action Equipment Finance Corp., its representatives, participating funding sources, and their service providers to communicate with you electronically, including by:

- Electronic signature platforms

Communications may include:
- Application status updates
- Requests for additional documentation
- Credit decisions
- Funding information
- Equipment financing documentation
- Payment reminders
- Account servicing notices
- Fraud prevention and security notifications
- Customer service communications
Consent to Email
By providing your email address, you authorize Action Equipment Finance Corp. to send information regarding your application and financing electronically. Email communications may include confidential business information. You acknowledge that email transmission involves inherent security risks and accept those risks.
Consent to SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide a mobile telephone number, you authorize Action Equipment Finance Corp. to send text messages regarding your financing transaction.
Message frequency varies based upon your application and account activity.
Standard message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply.
Action Equipment Finance Corp. does not charge separately for SMS communications.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting Action Equipment Finance Corp. directly.
Please note that opting out of certain communications may limit our ability to process or service your financing request. We may still send communications required by law or necessary to administer your application or account.
Electronic Signatures
You agree that electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic documents shall have the same legal effect as original handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Record Retention
Electronic communications and documents may be retained by Action Equipment Finance Corp. and participating funding sources for legal, regulatory, servicing, audit, and business purposes.
