You authorize Action Equipment Finance Corp., its representatives, participating funding sources, and their service providers to communicate with you electronically, including by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Message frequency varies based upon your application and account activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Standard message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Action Equipment Finance Corp. does not charge separately for SMS communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Opting Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP<\/strong> to a text message, or by contacting Action Equipment Finance Corp. directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You agree that electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic documents shall have the same legal effect as original handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Electronic communications and documents may be retained by Action Equipment Finance Corp. and participating funding sources for legal, regulatory, servicing, audit, and business purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
